I’m back with another pre-chore meal prep! Making meals like this before I do evening chores makes supper time much less stressful!
This Sheet Pan Chicken Fajita supper couldn’t be any easier.
INGREDIENTS
1 pound chicken breasts – sliced thinly1 red pepper – sliced
1 green pepper – sliced
1 yellow pepper – sliced
1 onion – halved and cut slices
1/4 cup olive oil
Fajita Seasoning Packet
Juice of one lime
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 400
In small bowl ingredients and toss.
Transfer to large sheet pan and Spread out evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked and the veggies are soft with a crispy edge.
Serve with tortillas or over lettuce.
