Cuban Sliders

Cuban Sliders – Pre Chore
Meal Prep

Leftover pulled pork? Let’s make some Cuban sliders!  It’s the perfect pre-chore meal prep using leftovers you already have on hand.

I don’t know how I got this lucky, but I am a gal with a whole mess of leftover pulled pork.  I froze a bunch of it, but left some out to make these Cuban sliders for some pre-chore meal prep and let me tell you, they did not disappoint.  The sliders were super easy to assemble and ready in minutes, exactly the kind of meal this farm mom needs.   I put them together earlier in the day and then just popped them in the oven when I got home from calf chores.  Does it get any easier than that? Absolutely not friends! This is why we love pre-chore meal prep. The whole family loved them- there were no leftovers.  I have zero Super Bowl plans, but if anyone wants to invite me to their party, I will bring these sliders.   Speaking of the Super Bowl, let me hit you with some Super Bowl Ag Facts, you know, in case you are like me and don’t really give a shit about the game and need some conversation starters.  Just into the Super Bowl for the food and vibes?  Yup, that’s me.   Super Bowl Ag Facts:1. One cow hide makes 20 pigskins. 120 game balls are used during the Super Bowl meaning 6 cow hides will be tossed around the stadium.2. 1.25 billion chicken wings will be consumed.3. About 278 avocados will be eaten during the game. Enough avocados to fill a football field end zone to end zone in a pile 53 feet high. 4. 14 billion hamburgers are expected to be served.5. 4 million pizzas are expected to be delivered.
