As farmers, ranchers and agricultural enthusiasts, it’s important to share our stories with consumers.

Don’t we want as many people as possible to understand who we are, what we do and why we do it? If we want to continue to be profitable, sustainable and successful, we have to share.

Every single one of us. We all need to be the face of agriculture. If every person involved in agriculture could help bridge the gap for a few people, what a difference that would make. I advocate for agriculture because it’s a job and lifestyle I love and find extremely important. I want everyone to know a farmer and have a general understanding of where their food comes from.

I want people to trust farmers and feel confident when making food choices.

But I can’t do it alone. We all have a unique farm story to share and will connect with people in different ways. The way I share about dairy farming may not resonate to a certain person, but the way you share might.

I get it, you want to do your part to advocate for agriculture, but you’re busy farming, corralling kids and living life. Sharing your farm story needs to be quick and simple. You wish there was a place to gather tips, tricks, courage and inspiration for your agvocacy journey.
