Is dinner time stressful? Let’s make it easier. 

I’m calling this new segment “Pre-chore Meal Prep”. Each week I will share a recipe you can prep ahead of time so that when you get in from the barn you just have to pop it in the oven or scoop it out of a crockpot.

INGREDIENTS

Pre-cooked Sausage or brats

A few potatoes (any kind)

A bell pepper

Broccoli and/or cauliflower 

Half of an onion 

Olive oil

Garlic powder

Italian seasoning 

Salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:

Dice up veggies and meat. 

Toss with olive oil and seasonings. 

Dump onto a lined cookie sheet (this makes clean-up easy)

Refrigerate until you’re ready to cook it. 

Bake at 425 for 20-30 min or until tender.
