1/2 pound deli ham (cut into 1-inch cubes)
3 cups of pasta (cooked and drained)
Cheese Sauce
4 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons flour
4 cups milk
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika
2 cups mozzarella or cheddar cheese (shredded)
Topping
2 cups of Swiss Cheese
Bread crumbs (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
First, preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Then, lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.
Cook pasta per box directions.
Place a large skillet over medium heat, add butter, and melt.
Once melted add flour and stir until fully combined, cook for 1-2 minutes.
Next, add the milk slowly, whisking continuously until fully mixed. Let it come to a simmer.
Reduce heat to low, add salt, pepper, paprika, onion and garlic powder. Measure with your heart.
Turn off heat and add shredded mozzarella, stir until fully melted.
Mix together the cooked pasta chicken and ham. Add cheese sauce and stir until coated.
Top with the shredded Swiss cheese and bread crumbs.
Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until the cheese on top is lightly golden-brown and the mixture is bubbling.
